Q : How long is a session?

 

a : Sessions are 90 mins, but you have access to our viewing platform and outside areas for longer (capacity dependant)

q: do you offer parking?

 

​A: Whilst we do offer limited parking, please ensure you only park in our designated bays at Sterling House, you are no longer required to validate your parking at our reception as this is now managed by a camera system. If you do use a bay that is not a Monkey Kingdom designated space you will be liable for a fine - our bays are clearly marked with signs.

q: what ages is your soft play suitable for?

 

​a: we cater to ages from 3 months up to 12 years, we have 3 different areas. toddlers, main play, and the gladiator run.

q: do you accept cash?

 

​a: no, we are cashless, however we do have some machines in the soft play area that are coin operated so please do bring some change with you to avoid disappointment, as we are unable to provide this currently.

q: do you accept walk ins?

 

a: yes, however we do recommend booking in advance through our booking tool due to capacity limits. if you are joining us as a walk in, please ensure you arrive at the start of our session times.

 

​q: what are your session times?

 

​A : monday to saturday our sessions begin at 9:15, 11:00, 12:45, 14:30 and 16:15. on sundays our sessions begin at 09:45, 11:30, 13:15 and 15:00

 

Q: do you take party bookings?
